Pratibha Noggle CPCC, CHT
Pratibha is the founder of Centered Life Coaching, LLC. Through customized coaching and stress management programs, she helps individuals navigate major life transitions; learn centering and meditation techniques to reduce their stress; improve their health through nutrition and exercise regimes and improve their body image and self-esteem. She is available for speaking engagements and in-house wellness programs.

Pratibha has a deep love and respect for movement and dance as a vehicle for integrating and healing the Body, Mind and Spirit. She trained with Pilates master teacher, Romana Kryzanowska and was certified by Romana in 1998. She moved to Scottsdale in 1999 and since that time has helped hundreds of clients gain the energy, strength and flexibility to move confidently in their bodies and increase their health and wellness. She has extensive experience in individualizing exercise and wellness programs to benefit the unique needs of clients with injuries, physical limitations and specal conditions.
