Pilates has changed my life! My husband and I have been doing Pilates for about six months and I actually have a new body.
Lindsay told us about the changes we would see after 26 sessions and I had trouble believing her. Everyday I was in some
type of pain due to muscle aches and tightness. I was always a very athletic person, but was not aware of how tight my
muscles had become and was alarmed at my lack of flexibility. I knew it was time to concentrate on something that would help
me lengthen my muscles again and get the suppleness back I remembered in my younger days. Lindsay was right, after about
26 sessions my body had changed and it keeps getting better and better! Now, after I go to a Pilates session with Lindsay, I
feel as though I came from a massage. My body has learned to respond to the exercises and at 42 years old, I feel like I have
turned back the clock and my body is stronger and more resilient! This was just the prescription I needed! It's a lifestyle
change that is well worth the effort!

After my first ten sessions, I was addicted, my body had never felt so good. Pilates is the easiest, hardest workout that I have
ever committed to and actually look forward to doing daily. After about thirty sessions my body had changed from flab to
muscle, I felt stronger than ever, and best of all, my waist had shrunk. I no longer have back pain from sitting at a desk all day
either. Pilates with Katie has changed my perception on working out, I look forward to my sessions. My mind, body and soul

A little over a year ago my doctor told me that I was overweight, had body fat at a dangerous level of 38% and very high
cholesterol. I was frustrated because I had spent money, time and energy in the local gym with my "trainer" and the result
was not only increased weight and body fat but injuries that I had to keep recovering from. I tried authentic pilates and
haven't looked back. I was focused only on my body fat and cholesterol but a funny thing happened along the way. I started
getting slimmer. At age 47, I now have a body fat of 22%, no longer take cholesterol medicine, have no injuries, and lost
inches. I have to contribute my success to the staff @ Pilates Corps along with their great nutritionist Jeannette Doherty.
Yes, there is a downside to this program...I am now forced to buy new clothes because I have gone down two dress sizes and
many inches! I can't wait to see what happens this year!

Just wanted to let you all know how much I'm enjoying Pilates...I think you give me my money's worth because of the care you
take to make sure the exercises are done correctly. I never worry about hurting myself. I'm seeing progress and feeling
